Orders and Returns
Most orders (excluding some personalized items) are shipped from our distribution center in New Jersey, and will ship within 2 business days and will arrive to you within 5 - 9 business days. We only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. (Please note: Some items shipped directly from our suppliers may take longer.) All personalized orders ship within 7 business days of your order. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Please note: UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box - you must provide a street address. We will contact you via email with any delays in your order.
Please call customer service at 1-908-246-1300 for order cancellation. We will attempt to cancel any unshipped order, provided you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Custom personalized orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
Personalized Items and Holiday Merchandise are FINAL SALE and are not returnable. If your purchase fails to meet your satisfaction, for any reason, just return it within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Follow the instructions on the Merchandise Return Form enclosed with your order, giving us the reason for your return. Securely wrap the item and send it to us via UPS or insured mail to: Gift The Best , Internet Returns Dept., 17 North Union Ave, NJ 07016. PERSONALIZED ITEMS AND HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
If your order has been damaged in shipping, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Keep all original packing materials for review by the shipper.
Returning/Exchanging "Free Shipping" Items: As a courtesy to our customers, some of our products feature free shipping. If you need to return an item that was shipped for free, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus the standard shipping cost (see above.) Standard shipping costs are based on item prices as outlined within our shipping information. If you choose to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also had free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to cover our costs. The only exception to this policy is if an item received is defective, in which case it will be replaced with no additional shipping fees. If you want to exchange a free shipping item for a standard shipping product, you will be charged our regular shipping cost.
